Jai Ho: Watch Salman romances Daisy Shah in ‘Tere Naina'

After the scintillating trailer, the makers of ‘Jai Ho’ have released first song from the film starring Salman Khan and debutante Daisy Shah. It is a romantic number sang by Shreya Ghosal and Shaan. The song goes as ‘Tere Naina’ and it reminds one of Salman Khan’s slow paced romantic tracks from his last few blockbusters, ‘Dabangg’, ‘Ready’ and ‘Wanted’.

The music has been composed by Sajid-Wajid. The song shows Salman dressed in formal and Daisy in various siffon saree romancing Salman around exotic locations. It is a slow paced number and shows both are totally in love with each other.

‘Jai Ho’ stars Tabu, Sana Khan apart from Salman Khan and Daisy Shah. It is an action cum romantic movie. The film shows the outrage of the common man against the corrupt system and fights against the injustice.
The film is a Hindi remake of Telugu movie, ‘Stalin’. Directed by Sohail Khan, the film is slated to release on Januray24

The Pakistani model-actress tweeted a picture saying: "I have found my Soul mate.... my Friend...my Partner!!!

The picture shows Veena and her partner donned a ring in their right fingers. Her partner is said to be Veena’s father’s close friend’s son.

Pakistani starlet Veena Malik gets married to Dubai based businessman, Asad Bashir Khan Khattak. It was heard that Veena and Asad had a court marriage at Emirates court and soon the couple will perform nikaah, according to Muslim ritual.

Couple of days a picture of the actress and Norway based businessman Umar Farooq was flashed in media. Speculation was high then that she will enter into wedlock with Umar. Veena and Farooq have been spotted in various occasions. It was rumored that the duo had decided to tie the knot in 2015.

Umar Farooq is a Norwegian gold trader and real estate tycoon. He is a reserved person and did not want to make his affair with Veena public. Away from the prying eyes of paparazzi, he spends time with the sexy gal.

Recently, the couple were spotted at Atlantis Dubai. There has been no official confirmation of wedding from Veena or Umar.

It was also said that Veena Malik delayed her wedding as she wants time to make big in Bollywood. She has few projects in hand and before settling down, she wants to wrap up those projects. So, Veena has delayed the marriage. They are said to have met in Dubai in March this year through a mutual friend. For Umar, it was not love at first sight. After couple of meetings, he fell for Veena’s charm. It is heard that it was Veena who first fell in love with Umar.

Veena Malik became a household name in Indian after her stint in ‘Bigg Boss 4’. She was very much talked about for her close association with Ashmit Patel but after the show got over, trouble brew between the two and they separated.

Veena acted with Ashmit in ‘Supermodel’ and she said that she had a tough time shooting the intimate scene with Ashmit as she is no more close to him. She was also seen in movies like, ‘Zindagi 50-50’ and ‘Dirty Picture’ of south version.
Veena Malik created controversy when she appeared nude for FHM magazine cover. Annoyed Muslim group also issued fatwa against the actress.

Kamasutra 3D still in the Oscar race

The movie, The Good Road directed by Gyan Correa, which was India's Oscar entry has not made it into the 9 films short-listed for the honor.The results were declared on their official website.

Yet, Indians are not loose hope as Indian movie, Kamasutra 3D by Rupesh Paul is still running on the right tracks for the 86 Academy Awards with selection in the three categories - Best Motion Picture, Original Score and Original Song with 5 songs. It is the only movie from India contending in the music category lists. The 86th Academy Awards nominations will be announced live on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at 5:30 a.m. PT in the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

Presented by Dr. George John (GJ Entertainments) and produced under the house of Rupesh Paul Productions Ltd. After the Oscar success of Rasool Pookutty and A. R. Rehman, India now looks forward to the success of Kamasutra 3D and is all hopeful to bag the sworded-man at least in one category, if not all.

First day box-office collection of 'Dhoom 3'

YRF’s ‘Dhoom 3’ opened with a bang in India. The film had a great advance booking which is much higher compared to ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Chennai Express’. The film showed occupancy of 95 to 100% in the morning show. The film also opened remarkably overseas.th film was released in more than 4500 screens in India which is first time ever and 700 in international markets.

Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra starrer, ‘Dhoom 3’ is expected to make 40 crore plus business at the box-office in the opening day summing the numbers of Tamil, Telugu and Hindi version and will cross 100 crores in three days. Speculation is high that the film has made 45 crore in the opening day by totaling the domestic and international box-office numbers.

Since it is release around Christmas and New Year, it has an advantage and moreover the film also had not pressure of last week release as all the past releases are washed out of cinema hall. Since the film had a working day release, Friday the opening collection would be bit low but it grow up in weekends. It is the first film releasing in Pakistan after lifting the ban of Indian film release in the country. In this case also the film has an advantage.

Gautam Dutta, COO of PVR Cinemas, said, “The movie has opened exceedingly well. Going by the response for the first day, it doesn’t feel like it’s a working Friday. The first day shows witnessed high occupancies… on an average of 90 per cent.”

He said that for the first time, a movie has seen huge advance booking. “We believe the movie will have a repeat value and would have a good run for the next three-four weeks.”

Dubbed in Tamil and Telugu, the movie is available in 2 D and IMAX format.

Added Ashish Saksena, COO of Big Cinemas, “It has seen a massive opening and we are expecting this to be one of the biggest weekends. It looks like franchise movies are now establishing themselves as the audience knows what to expect.”

Trade analyt KOmal Mehta informed that ‘’Dhoom 3’ had an extraordinary opening at the box-office without citing the numbers.

‘Chennai Express’ made an opening day collection of 33 crores and trade analyst feels ‘Dhoom 3’ will beat all the opening day records of all the past releases and set a historic record.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, ‘Dhoom 3’ the third instalment of the successful franchise is the last big release of the year.

Salman Khan in legal trouble again

An FIR has been lodged against Colors channels and host Salman Khan for hurting the sentiments of the Muslim. This year the theme of the show is Jannat and Jahannum. Contestants are sometime thrown to the Jahannun where they had to face many problems and sometime they are put in Jannat where they received all the facilities.

Advocate MA Qawi Abbasi said Mohammed Fasihuddin had approached the Sixteenth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, seeking direction to the police to register a case against Big Boss 7.

Jannat and Jahannum are sacred in Islam and the religious people are unhappy as repeatedly the channel is making mockery over the issue. Trouble seems to be never ending for the show. Off late Sofia Hayat lodged complaint against Armaan Kohli for assaulting her during a task and following which Armaan was arrested and later released on bail on surety of 50,000 rupees and now again the show run into trouble for hurting Muslim sentiments.

‘Dhoom 3’ Teaser Released: Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif Set Pulse Racing in Action Avatars [VIDEO]

The much-anticipated "Dhoom 3" teaser has finally been released on Wednesday.

The 1.37-minute long teaser of the action-packed film features a bare-backed Aamir Khan facing the Chicago skyline, as earlier revealed in the film's motion teaser.

The clean cut teaser has the superstar rendering a dialogue as a narration in a scene shows him bike-bourne and evading the police. One sequence shows Abhishek Bachchan aiming a gun at his target while dangling from a helicopter. And then there is his aide Uday Chopra on a fast bike.

The stellar moment is Katrina Kaif's first look in a sexy avatar with some rope work. Even though the shot is a brief one it leaves us craving for more.

While Aamir comes across as a fine criminal mastermind with an ability to dodge the police with his sliding-under the truck attempt but we would say we have seen this before.

The Vijay Krishna Arya-directed flick with its high-end stunts and adrenaline-packed chase scenes could not evoke what one would call an "absorbing" first look.

Abhishek is the same bland cop with the helicopter act, while Uday continues his escapades on fast bikes when sleek cars would have been an inviting change.

The only striking features which come across the teaser are Aaamir's hat look, a thuggish entry but yet again we are reminded of Batman's Joker scene in which there is a glimpse of a mask-like logo at the 0.15 second of the teaser. Here, we should add that the motion poster of "Dhoom 3" was a copy of the "Batman" international poster.

Also, there is a lot of excitement with Katrina Kaif in the action-heist series.

The film is due for a release on 25 December, targetting the Christmas holiday spirit.
