Breaking: GMA # Massive Cyber Attack On Adobe Systems 3 Million Customers Affected 10/4/2013 (Watch Video)

Massive Cyber Attack On Adobe Systems 3 Million Customers Affected #GMA - 10/4/2013 The computer software company Adobe has been hacked, potentially compromising the data of 2.9 million customers, the company revealed on Thursday. Adobe said "sophisticated attacks" had been carried out "very recently".

"Our investigation currently indicates that the attackers accessed Adobe customer IDs and encrypted passwords on our systems," said Brad Arkin, chief security officer at Adobe.

"We also believe the attackers removed from our systems certain information relating to 2.9 million Adobe customers, including customer names, encrypted credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, and other information relating to customer orders."

Arkin said he did not believe the attackers had removed decrypted credit or debit card numbers from its systems.

"We deeply regret that this incident occurred," he said. Arkin did not specify the level of encryption of the data stolen.

It has reset passwords on customers' accounts and recommended that customers change their passwords on any other website where they used the same code. Customers whose credit and debit card information will be notified by Adobe, it said, and the company has also alerted federal law enforcement.

Adobe also said it would give affected customers the option of enrolling in a one-year complimentary credit monitoring membership.

In a separate statement posted on Wednesday, Adobe said there had also been an illegal access of its source code for Adobe Acrobat, ColdFusion and other software. It said it was "not aware of any specific increased risk to customers" as a result of the breach.

Secret Twin: Body Bizarre Episode 3

On the surface Workitu Debebet looks like any other teenage girl. But the 17-year-old has spent her young life hiding an incredible secret -- a parasitic twin, including two arms and two legs, fused to her pelvis. Workitu was raised thinking she was normal and reached her late teens without treatment because her poor parents had no way of accessing expert medical care. But Workitu's life has finally been transformed after a team of expert surgeons performed pioneering surgery to separate her from her unborn conjoined twin.

Now, the teenager is going to school and making friends for the first time and is looking forward to having a career, getting married and even having children of her own. A new documentary series reveals the amazing courage of Workitu and her family who tried everything to help her, despite prejudice in her community against people with disabilities. Doctors at CURE Hospital In Addis Ababa were amazed when they saw Workitu, who is thought to be the oldest person still to be living with a visible parasitic twin attached to their body.

Dr Eric Gokcen, the hospital's medical director, said: "It was something I had never seen before. A parasitic twin is actually rarer than conjoined twins. But as a physician, when I look at patients with a problem, my mind starts thinking about what I am going to do to help them." In an eight-hour surgery, the team carefully removed the outer body but left the extra internal organs because they were working fine. Workitu spent the next three months in hospital but healed perfectly and is now looking forward to her future. Workitu's story appears in Born With An Extra Body: Body Bizarre at 10pm on TLC UK on Monday November 25th.

Discovery: Buddha's Birth Earlier Than Thought- National Geographic Channel Revealed the Truth

Oldest Buddhist Shrine Uncovered In Nepal May Push Back the Buddha's Birth Date

The Buddha was born and lived as much as 300 years earlier than some previously thought. At one of Buddhism's most revered pilgrimage sites, a National Geographic archaeologist's team has uncovered evidence that the Buddha lived in the sixth century B.C., much earlier than some scholars had believed. The excavation at Lumbini, Nepal, long identified as the birthplace of the Buddha, revealed a previously unknown timber shrine once stood there, its walls mirroring more recent brick temples.

A documentary on Coningham's exploration of the Buddha's life, "Buried Secrets of the Buddha," will premiere in February internationally on the National Geographic Channel.
